Ms.Bea and Ms.Jusitce were super helpful and Resourceful in the office. They both are super nice and welcoming!
Just a bad place overall. Definitely the worst in the area. Vista Valley and Fiesta Village don't have half as many problems as this place. Rude management, inferior infrastructure, and bugs galore. Trust me peace of mind is more important than the cheap rates they offer here. Awful place to live.
Renter Devyn: Bea was amazing. She has been helping me renew my lease and has been more than wonderful assisting with any concerns that I have. They are definitely first-time renter friendly, and I would highly recommend looking into this place if you are a first-time renter.
