Renter Devyn: Bea was amazing. She has been helping me renew my lease and has been more than wonderful assisting with any concerns that I have. They are definitely first-time renter friendly, and I would highly recommend looking into this place if you are a first-time renter.
Worst place I’ve lived. Cockroach infested, when you contact maintenance they dodge it or “send pest control” to sign the slip and leave. The walls are extremely thin and don’t regulate heat/air conditioning well whatsoever. None of the surrounding neighbors are happy and water/electricity is billed as a complex. Let’s say you live alone, or are rarely home; you are still paying 150+ for these as they’re billed and split between everyone in the complex. Greystar sucks and this complex shows it. This is by the far the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at. AC has broken down multiple times, the tub always has trouble draining, there is a leak in the bathtub, there's a leak behind the toilet, handles are ripped right off, etc. This is truly the apartment complex from hell. If you are considering living here. RUN away as fast as possible and don't look back
There's no way this play has a 3.8 rating. A lot of these reviews have to be fake. If you look at Yelp it's all 1 stars and there's a good a reason for that. To think I left a positive review earlier, only because Raul the maintenance guy practically begged me to. I can't in good faith leave it up anymore. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment. Counting down the days until my lease is up. If I can make it till then without jumping out the window and landing head first on the ground.
I understand the decision to deny my application; however, it has now been over 20 days and I have not received a refund of my administrative fee from Westmount Urban Trail. I have called multiple times and left several messages without receiving any response. I did speak with Madison once, and she stated she would call me back, but I have not heard from her since. This situation is extremely frustrating. If my funds are not returned promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter and contact my attorney.
