Customer service is non-existent. I've emailed Mike and also the info email address multiple times and no answer about my order. Looks like I will cancel the whole thing if I don't get an answer back asap.
Yes you can buy furniture anywhere but when was the last time you had great service for quality pieces? My partner and I walked in picked our couch and it was delivered less than an hour later! The store manager took the time to understand that we have special needs in our home and having furniture delivered could be overwhelming to some. The couch is perfect, the delivery was amazing. The guys were professional, fast and left no mess! The prices can’t be beat! Stop in ! You won’t be sorry

I got the best most knowledgeable associate at the Southport location. Julie was patient and very accommodating during my shopping experience. I would recommend working with her to everyone.
