I was pleasantly surprised by this store!! I needed to get an adjustable base bed and quickly so I started to order from dreamcloud online but something told me to try Urban Styles first. Im so glad I did. I called and told Mike was I was wanting and he called me back with a quote that was a better price. He also recommended what type of matteess I should get for my hip pain that I seem to get every night now. I went in the next day to try the mattress for myself and sign the paperwork and pay for it. My girlfriend and I just recently ordered our new Ritzy loveseat w/chaise. Jeff & Mike are the real deal! We stopped in a few weeks ago while we were visiting the area for family, and decided to drop by to take a look at their store. The approach by the sales reps is a breath of fresh air, we were left to look and browse as we pleased, while not being hounded. The staff answered questions promptly but never applied any pressure.
