I have had such a great experience with Urban Station so far! When I was first checking out the place, every single person from the leasing office that I worked with was very helpful, professional, and friendly. All communication has been very swift, both during my initial lease signing and anything since then! They have been quick to help with any issue I’ve had. A maintenance request I put in was also handled quickly. The units are beautiful, and the amenities and facilities are also clean and aesthetically pleasing.
I love living here! It isn't perfect, but the "problem areas" are least on my priority list. For example, I moved in August 13th and the pool has never been open. Also, we've had stolen packages be an issue in the past. But the main reasons why I chose Urban Station were because it was a furnished new-ish building without mold issues and was a great distance to the Sample Gates (12 min walk). Those things have all held up and I will be living here again next year...still hoping they open the pool up at least once by the end ... read more
