I moved in first of December and love this place everyone is nice and staff is great!! I do wish covered parking was cheaper but very safe area and easy to get anywhere frim this location.
I came in to view an apartment and Grace was the absolute best! Not only did she take her time and make me feel comfortable but she was absolutely hilarious and downright amazing!!!
I spoke with Olivia Gillespie and was treat with respect. Very knowledgeable and answered every question I asked.
Everything is great here… until you need maintenance. Then you’re on your own. My AC has been broken for almost a month, and instead of actually fixing it, they keep closing my work orders and marking the issue as “resolved” without doing anything. There is zero communication and no follow-through. What’s worse is that they used to be much better about maintenance, but something changed this year and it’s gone completely downhill.
