Just moved back in to Urban Square. What started off awesome turned into hell. The apartment is totally infested with roaches and ants. Beyond disgusting and never ending. I've lost sleep, time, money, food and a lot of peace of mind since coming back. Ants in 2 bedrooms and Roaches pouring from the kitchen and laundry. Beyond unacceptable for an apartment that I was told was totally renovated. Beyond unacceptable for an apartment listed as Ready for move in.
Rex the maintenance gentleman with Urban Square apartments is a very professional individual.. Rex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Repairs were completed in a professional manner. Very well done. Highly recommended fir his job as a maintenance man.
Absolutely so thrilled to be back! I had previously lived @ Urban Square for 7 years while attending UNT. It was so amazing to look this place up again and see what wonderful shape they have kept it in. The facilities have never been cleaner, the common halls look fantastic, and the new management is amazing!! Karen and Olivia were such a huge help and made what could have been a complicated leasing process run so smoothly. Their kindness, effort, and professionalism was much appreciated and much needed! A nice place to live. Great location, good value, I plan to be here for a while. Edit: can't believe it took me so long to do this. Things went completely downhill when Darian mysteriously disappeared. With him so did maintenance services. Hope you like roaches!
I wish could rate this higher, but I can't. I'll start with the good: The location is excellent! I needed a place close to work, and a place where I could start off while I figured out a more permanent place to live. The nearby walking trail is beautful and all ths shops and businesses nearby made things very handy. I liked my unit floor plan and location. It was very spacious and the entrance felt very private.
