Loved it right up until they had my mother-in-laws car towed and charged us THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
The first half of our year living here, we really had no problems. Management was friendly, the apartment is really nice and pretty spacious. The location is great, right next to the lake and around lots of businesses and restaurants. Good community. However, we started having maintenance issues around January, and it reaaaally went downhill from there. Our washer was broken for two months. I moved in first of December and love this place everyone is nice and staff is great!! I do wish covered parking was cheaper but very safe area and easy to get anywhere frim this location.
I came in to view an apartment and Grace was the absolute best! Not only did she take her time and make me feel comfortable but she was absolutely hilarious and downright amazing!!!
