I had an excellent experience working with Amie throughout my leasing process. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Amie made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly and clearly.
I looked at a few different apartments in the area. Urban square had great move in specials, the pricing was within budget but most importantly when I toured with Olivia, she made me feel like I already was a resident here. She wasn’t pushy or “sales” focused. She asked genuine questions about my needs and ensured they would be a great fit for me. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate her in answering all of my questions and making this process simple and stress free!
After a sudden shift in management, living conditions here have gone from tolerable to outright unacceptable. The roach infestation is not an isolated incident — it is a full-blown problem that management refuses to acknowledge or properly address. You will be sharing your home (and your bed) with pests that come straight out of the walls, and management’s silence on the matter speaks volumes about how little they value residents’ health or quality of life. Just moved out of here after living there for 2 years. The first year living here was a solid 4/5 for me, everything was great.. until the management change in march. we had a lot of issues but i’ll just talk about the major ones: 1. our AC broke and they would “fix” it only to break again a week later, and it was like that for over a month after we were constantly complaining and calling. they did eventually fix it but it was like pulling teeth. it was like this with most work orders (no shade to Rex, he was actually awesom... read more
