We have been here for about 8 months, and everything has been fantastic , especially the maintenance! No matter the time or day, Rex will go out of his way to make sure whatever it is gets taken care of. He is truly an asset to the Urban Square team!
Moved out recently , during my time there the maintenance staff was very attentive and helpful. Rex was usually the staff member who handled any problem I had in my unit and he was always able to get the job done.
I lived there since 2020 it’s a cool place to live. Great area, close to the square, close to amazing food. The staff was extremely helpful. When I did move out, due to taking care of my sick aunt, Rex was a huge help. He helped me throw away an old rug, and help me load up a heavy couch. He didn’t have to, but we he went outta his way to help someone who was moving out!!! Rex is an allstar. I’d give Rex a raise for sure
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Rex for his outstanding work as a maintenance technician in our apartment complex. Every time I’ve had an issue, Rex has been prompt, courteous, and efficient. He communicates clearly, respects the space, and always ensures the problem is fully resolved before leaving. Most recently, he helped with my washing machine, it was fixed in a short period of time. I've been living at Urban square for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible maintenance staff—especially Rex. He's friendly, reliable, and genuinely cares about the residents.
