Just moved out of here after living there for 2 years. The first year living here was a solid 4/5 for me, everything was great.. until the management change in march. we had a lot of issues but i’ll just talk about the major ones: 1. our AC broke and they would “fix” it only to break again a week later, and it was like that for over a month after we were constantly complaining and calling. they did eventually fix it but it was like pulling teeth. it was like this with most work orders (no shade to Rex, he was actually awesom... read more
Just moved back in to Urban Square. What started off awesome turned into not so good. The apartment is totally infested with roaches and ants. Totally awful. Every room is impacted and the stress dealing with all the bugs right after a move has been terrible. Getting a lot of help from Rex and Olivia though. Really appreciate the support.
Just moved back in to Urban Square. What started off awesome turned into hell. The apartment is totally infested with roaches and ants. Beyond disgusting and never ending. I've lost sleep, time, money, food and a lot of peace of mind since coming back. Ants in 2 bedrooms and Roaches pouring from the kitchen and laundry. Beyond unacceptable for an apartment that I was told was totally renovated. Beyond unacceptable for an apartment listed as Ready for move in.
Rex the maintenance gentleman with Urban Square apartments is a very professional individual.. Rex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Repairs were completed in a professional manner. Very well done. Highly recommended fir his job as a maintenance man.
