Can we please add more ab machines
Been going there for a minute. The staff is great. Personal trainers are fun to work with. They have everything you need as far as equipment and also options allow you to improvise when you feel like. Love that foot-traffic is not heavy, so that i can workout in peace and quiet.
What a great gym. It’s been ages since I’ve worked out and from the moment I walked in the staff were so helpful, showing me around the gym, giving tips, and making me feel comfortable. They’ve got everything I could need in a gym and more. I might even take some boxing classes soon. Clean facility and never too crowded either. Urban Sprawl Fitness is the real deal.
