Fabulous staff who always take time to listen to your concerns. I truly love my time here as it is such a lovely break from daily life! Highly recommend popping in to Chatswood branch. Natalie the manager is divine as are all the staff.

Mine was a last minute request fir a massage. The staff were very friendly but I was disappointed with the massage - a bit repetitive, wouldn’t ho back for a massage

Had the best experience from walking into the Chatswood spa with the beautiful and warm lady on reception. (I think her name was Natalie!) Then of course the goods!. A fantastic massage from Cayley. I will defiantly be booking in on a regular basis. Beautiful and clean. So welcoming and of course relaxing. Thank You!

Had a wonderful treatment for my birthday, the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this spa
I've been a customer of Urban Spa for a few years now. My treatment today with new therapist Rana was unreal and has lead me to leaving great feedback. She looked after my every need and went out of her way to have me walk out feeling totally relaxed. Her massage was nice and firm and her attention to detail was great. Natalie the manager is always happy and bubbly and will explain whatever you need. Very highly recommended!

very supportive franchising company that really listens to their clientele...when the prior owner of a local store left abruptly a few years ago, administration stepped in to continue services to customers... since then had just been getting better and better...
