I walked into the design showroom just looking for a different perspective in selecting a textured wall paper. I did not have an appointment. I was blown away by the friendliness and level of service I received from Maeva. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided me with several options. Urban Source helped us choose fabric and implement new custom curtains for a floor to ceiling window, as well as troubleshoot covering an awkward corner window. Fantastic customer service (Taylor and Maeva) and very happy with the final project!
Super great customer service and even though we had an issue with our initial order—it was fixed super quickly. We love our new half bath!
Great selection and helpful staff. Highly recommend paying them a visit if doing a remodel or redecorating a space. Seeing things in person and talking to one of their designers felt much more productive than scrolling online.
They have the most unique selection and they display them in the store so they are easy to view. I have done several rooms now using Utban Source and could not be happier. Highly recommend them!!
