I went in to get a short haircut, collarbone bob and walked out knowing it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten all within 15 minutes. Typically I’m not picky about my hair because I always wear it up and it is very low maintenance. I have straight, fine to medium hair with zero damage. I washed my hair before going in because I really don’t care for salon washes. 1st time meeting Ann! She purposely booked me more time since I was there the 1st time. I showed a couple of pictures how I wanted my hair done. Ann did it better than what I showed her! She explained the details and why certain hair style/ color matches me! Glad to have found Ann! She will be my go to person from now on!

Save yourself and go somewhere else. I came here after reading all these great reviews for a trim of my hair. I’m not usually particular with haircuts but have to say this is the worst haircut I ce ever had. the hairdresser did not understand what I wanted or my type of hair and gave me a puffy haircut. She wasn’t thoughtful when cutting, snapping off giant chunks when usually hairdressers have a bit more attention to detail. I try to avoid writing negative reviews but this was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I called a week prior to make an appointment, letting them know I have curly hair and was looking for a healthy trim. I was told $60 for a cut/wash and $65 for a blow dry, and I could decide there. Sounded great. I showed up for my 1pm appointment and the owner (only hairstylist) was still with another client, so I waited 10-15 minutes. No problem.
