This place is shady and a scam. Please do 1 minute of research and go elsewhere. I went here because my regular dentist at the time was booked up for a few months and I was moving 1+ hours away and wanted to get a cleaning in before that. I didn't do much research, saw some bad reviews, didn't think much of it. The cleaning was fine/adequate, but suddenly I had 6-8 cavities and she could fill them right away (I think in the same appointment lol). I had my first visit with Dr. Jin today. He and his team were extremely professional and helpful, putting me at ease right away. They took the time to clearly explain my dental concerns in a calm, reassuring manner, without making me feel uncomfortable about my current situation. A truly positive experience!
Dr. Jang is both excellent and kind - the two things I look for most in a dentist.
Rude customer service needs to be cleaned. Dental hygienist is unprofessional as well as the front desk.
The customer service is above and beyond. The services that was provided from this dental clinic is priceless. Highly recommended. They gave me so much information about my dental health and they work with huge heart toward their patients. My new found family.
