Drivers are crazy! Running up on people, cutting people off, and speeding down streets. They are gonna end up hurting someone soon. You out here on the streets representing this company and you dont value anyone elses life. You almost caused about a dozen accidents. (PHT 5748)

Be careful of bait & switch. Will tell you one thing and have you spend money just to be told another and lose your hard earned money for nothing.

The area is nice, but parking is a real problem. It’s mostly residential, and there just isn’t enough space for everyone to park. A lot of spots are off-limits because of street signs or pedestrian zones, so you can end up driving around for a long time looking for a legal spot. No one wants to risk getting a ticket. The private parking options don’t really help much either. It would be much better if there was a clearer, more resident-friendly parking system in place.

Their listings are always months out of date. I've tried emailing them several times over the last few months and never get an actual response. I honestly don't think they want to rent out these spaces. I think they just take the TIF funds and other tax breaks the city gives them. Then sit on empty real estate "with potential" in the city, all while reporting profit losses for not being able to fill them. Disappointing!

*updated* Film Center- there is absolutely no parking for this building. All the street parking is metered which is hardly ever even available anyway due to all the constant construction in this area. If you want anywhere to park you’ll have to get a garage pass for $200+ a month! oh, also you’ll have to move your car outta there for FC games :) good luck multi million dollar company can afford to charge $1400 for a 600 SF 1-bedroom in Covington, KY where the minimum wage is $7.25. but they can’t afford to give their current... read more
