This greedy company is a scourge on my city of Cincinnati. They are motivated by turning over tenants as quickly as possible so they can raise rent prices on rent capped properties in OTR. Their website where you pay rent is literally called tenantturner.com. I was late on rent once and went to pay them the amount owed in cash before the cut off court date and they refused to take my money without explanation. I was a tenet with them for 2 years, and had very little issues until this spring. A leak started in our living room above the window in March during heavy rain, due to our building’s downspout being missing (which it had been for months). We reported it as soon as it happened, and were told someone would stop by, which didn’t happen. Next day we called again, and were told nothing could be fixed until the rain stopped. They rent all of the parking lots to predatory private companies and take the TIF funds and other tax breaks the city gives them to squeeze as much money as they can from people who want to be downtown. Their listings are always months out of date. Never respond to their emails. They sit on empty real estate "with potential" in the city, all while reporting profit losses for not being able to fill them. A disgrace to Cincinnati!
You would think a real estate company would know the difference between a studio apartment and a 1BR apartment. They list their studios incorrectly, and they don't provide floor plans. I called on three different occasions to ask questions, no one answers the phone. Complete waste of my time.
The leasing agent Maggie was incredibly helpful and found me the perfect place. I had to move somewhere asap with lots of requirements and within an hour she had a list of places that were exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for finding me my new home Maggie!
