Great renovated and affordable housing options and support in the Cincinnati area! We love being in the heart of it all and more affordable than our previous home. They care about tenants and there are a lot of staff and frequent friendly faces on the Urban Sites team. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and send useful emails on news that may affect your parking like large events. We also don't hear our neighbors at all which is great too! We feel very safe.

MAINTENANCE TEAM DAMAGED MY HOUSE THEN LIED AND NOW REFUSES TO PICK UO THE PHONE AND CHARGED ME $618 for something that was their fault! Cole the director of maintenance is one of the worst persons I have ever contacted. He refuses to call and only email, refuses to get someone above him, and has charged me for so many things he just made prices up for and damages his team caused!
