You would think a real estate company would know the difference between a studio apartment and a 1BR apartment. They list their studios incorrectly, and they don't provide floor plans. I called on three different occasions to ask questions, no one answers the phone. Complete waste of my time.
The leasing agent Maggie was incredibly helpful and found me the perfect place. I had to move somewhere asap with lots of requirements and within an hour she had a list of places that were exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for finding me my new home Maggie!
This company is predatory and is not to be trusted. The maintenance team is the best but upper management ruins their reputation.
Moved in this past July and have had no issues! Javion was a wonderfully helpful leasing agent and got me my dream apartment in the exact area I wanted to live. The apartment was clean when we moved in, rent is reasonable considering the location, and maintenance has been on top of it!
This company is top notch. The apartments that they rent are clean and in great locations. Their responsive to requests and The employees are always helpful
