Very professional in work and friendly in nature.
I cannot explain how disappointed I am with my experiences with Justin. He was very rude and unprofessional in his tone. I'd like to warn everybody before they think about doing business here.
I own Kaskas Rug Gallery, Urban Shades did my windows i was happy with their work and service and their price was good
I would strongly suggest that you find a more reputable shade and shutter company. We were understanding when Justin was late for the install time though we were pleased with the installation of our shades and blinds. Unfortunately we are not pleased with the follow-through of issues after the install. We have had two problems with our motorized shades. Justin was able to talk me through the first time we had an issue But the second time that he attempted to help me fix the problem I was unable to do it. He referred me to a ... read more
Incredible workmanship. They got the job done at a competitive price and on time. I like dealing with a smaller, locally owned company as well.
