I contacted Urban Settlements while I was on a military deployment half way around the world. I needed a new property management company and was worried because I was so far away! I would highly recommend going through Urban Settlements to anyone. Pamela Ross has been the absolute best property manager I have ever worked with. Not only did she go above and beyond getting our family in the perfect property but did so in a timely and professional manner. If there were ever any issues that came up we knew she was only a phone call away. If she missed our call (which seldom happened) she would get back to us that same day and typically within the hour.
