Absolutely LOVE urban sanctuary! Lorae gave the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had and helped my neck and shoulder pain melt away! Chad gave a wonderfully relaxing lymphatic drainage massage! I woke up feeling like a new woman. The whole staff is so caring and ensures you have a luxurious and TRULY relaxing experience. 100/10 recommend
I have tried massage services here and had really unprofessional experiences. The front staff were gossiping loudly about clients and you can hear it in other rooms. On another occasion the masseuse had stepped out and was divulging about the client she was working on to the front desk staff and you could hear it and overstepping privacy for her client. Management takes no accountability. The services and quality are far below industry standards.
