Our rooftop deck, kitchen and fire pit have far exceeded our expectations! The space is beautifully designed and thoughtfully landscaped, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels like an extension of our home. From May through November, we spend countless hours outdoors enjoying the comfort and beauty of this space. It’s clear that a strong vision and attention to detail transformed this project into a truly livable, functional, and stunning area. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and craftsmanship.
We've had a great experience with Urban Rooftops from design to development -- they really transformed a barely usable rooftop patio to an area that our family actually wants to hang out on. I'd also call out the amazing customer service -- the general manager has constantly been supportive and engaged long after our project was done.
Their design services are terrific, and we absolutely love our upgraded rooftop. Alex in particular is great — creative, easy to work with, flexible. He helped us solve some problems that were well outside the scope of the norm, including hiring a crane to lift a hot tub and sourcing steel beams to support it.
We're very happy with our new rooftop deck! Alex came up with a great design that was exactly what we pictured. He easily kept us within our budget, offering different options and suggestions throughout, and even helped save us time & money by discovering we could work with an existing permit previously filed by the original builders. We recently completed the renovation of our back deck (space over a 3-car garage on alley in Lincoln Park), and the team at Urban Rooftops did an outstanding job. We are especially thrilled with the design capabilities and the pace of construction once we were able to begin. We started the process late last summer, which was suboptimal from a timing standpoint (our fault), but the UR team was patient and cooperative throughout.
