My partner and I leased this property for a year and had a truly positive experience. From day one, the management team Beth and landlord Nick; communicated promptly and professionally. Even during a stressful emergency (a sewage line break), they responded quickly and made sure we were taken care of. I would rate zero stars if I could. Owners are con artist and will steal your money. Do not trust!!
If the laundry situation was better, this would be a 3 or 4 star review. But as it stands, the laundry machines break down so much that they really shouldn’t even be advertising these buildings as having laundry. They’ve broken down 4 times in the last month and a half, and take forever to get fixed every time. It’s a huge pain in the butt and nothing is getting done to fix the issue long term. Been waiting 5 days to do laundry here because the laundry machine just stopped using water, lol.
