I met with three different contractors when planning to remodel 3 of my bathroom showers. After discussing plans with each and receiving bids, I felt the most confident going with Urban Renovation. Firstly they were skilled in tile and could also install Onyx in one of my showers. Not all were willing to do both. Highly recommended
Would give 5 stars based on the quality of his work. However, to accept a job from a repeat customer and then blow them off is highly unprofessional. Growing pains maybe? Not a big enough job possibly? Should not accept work and then never respond.
