In 2005, when Urban Property set up shop, Baldwin County didn’t need yet another real estate company. However, we did see an opportunity for something different. So, we chose to leverage our marketing to reflect a lightheartedness that is too often missing from the daily grind. Our agents are as diverse and varied as our customers and it shows.

Hats off to Dave! He was recommended by a friend of a friend who knew that I was looking for someone with real expertise dealing with new homes. I had already spoken with a sales guy for the builder and he gave me lots of good info and we even talked about how buying from DR Horton is a fixed price deal - like shopping at Walmart. As it turned out, Dave was able to find me the same floorplan in another neighborhood that was closer to work at a better price because he understands how the builders pricing works.
