Urban Properties oversaw the management of my apartment in Vancouver from 2016 until the unit was sold in 2020. Sheri was always there to answer questions and assist me when I had a problem, and the staff overall were very friendly, diligent, and responsive. They were especially patient with me in regards to explaining the ins and outs of the rental, and guiding me through some bumps, at times. Overall I had a good experience with this management company, and would recommend them. Thank you, team!
A horrible, incompetent, predatory company.
Unprofessional and incompetent. Staff knows nothing about bylaw and think they are the bylaw especially Ingrid Kurilova She is a joke being as a property manager. U you would b like to review her -1
The best Property Management company I’ve ever dealt with in Vancouver. Timely responses to essential issues and a sensible approach to addressing what is and is not important. I’ve found the staff helpful in addressing important issues and correcting small mistakes quickly. Unprofessional and incompetent. Staff is poorly trained to handle emergency circumstances like fires, posing a risk to residents. Overall doesn't seem to care about the wellbeing of residents.
