Great place and so happy to have found it. Was trying to get impromptu flowers for my wife and the nice lady who works there had it prepped for me in 15 minutes. 10 out of 10 would recommend and if you call ahead it’s two minutes in and out

Disappointed with the customer service at Urban Poppy. I came in excited to create a bouquet at their flower bar for my daughter’s dance recital, only to be turned away because they needed to finish another order that was about to be picked up. While I understand orders take priority, the situation felt poorly managed and unwelcoming. A little better time management or communication could have made a big difference. Unfortunately, it left a negative impression on what was supposed to be a special moment.
