I wouldn't trust my feet to anyone else but Dr. Scot Bertolo!!!
I never thought I would need a podiatrist, and have been faced with two instances this past year where I needed care, and had no idea where to go. I went to Urban Podiatry, since I'd driven past it several times. it was close by and combenient, and I didn't do my usual research and just took a chance. I couldn't be more pleased! Friendly and Sincere! My son sprained his ankle playing basketball and the staff at Urban Podiatry was able to treat him that very day! The staff was friendly and Dr. Bertolo was very sincere. I would highly recommend Urban Podiatry!
Worth the wait! Quaint, inviting facility-the waiting room is like no other! The staff is warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr.Bertolo is caring, compassionate, and competent. I recommend Urban Podiatry to everyone I know! :) Great job guys!
Try Somewhere Else Every time I went here, the staff wa inefficient and slow. I scheduled an appointment and was on time, and yet waited for 20 minutes to be helped. The doctor is lovely, but his staff is incompetent. I tried to schedule an appointment this morning, and the receptionist was not clear at all and not helpful. I am upset I went to this place.
No hip replacement needed! I was having hip problems and wasn't sure what the reason was. I was told to see a podiatrist first before contemplating hip surgery. I found Dr. Bertolo on YellowBook.com so I decided to see him. The staff was very professional and friendly and scheduled me immediately. When I saw Dr. Bertolo he looked me over and informed me that the cause of my hip problems was due to my arches. The staff made me arch supports and I haven't had a problem since.
