This was the best experience. I took my mother who is 93 years old, they were absolutely wonderful to her. Steve is so sweet and Dr Bertoli you are wonderful! What a beautiful office and atmosphere and you feel like your walking into a friends house! We will be back and I am telling all my friends about this wonderful practice. Everything! They truly care! Very knowledgeable and informative. Polite, professional, personal. I hadn't been to a foot doctor in 13 years! I was given a referral for Urban Podiatry; hesitantly complied. Im very blessed to have done so! Dr Bertolo and Steve have me on my way to a significantly less pain level, after 1 short appointment!
They fixed both of my issues in one visit. I've seen complaints on here and they're unwarranted.
Try to be understanding that people have lives and things do come up and it very unprofessional to block people from calling you block my mother for what all she was doing is calling in for me and I gave 24 hour notice she is a patient as well why was she blocked?
Dr Bertolo deserves a 0 rating! If you need medical treatment from an accident, WARNING look somewhere else! I'm on the verge of suing this Dr for lying & unethical behavior. I saw this Dr after stepping on a sensor tack in a store dressing room. I filled poi the incident report with the store. A couple wks later I was still having pain in my rt foot. You guys are AWESOME!!! From Steve at the front desk to Dr Bertolo at Urban Podiatry LLC. What a team!!! Got me in with short notice and took care of my issues. I am very happy with the service and the caring staff ay URBAN PODIATRY....
I stopped in here to follow up a sports injury, I was welcomed in happily and the staff was great. Always smiling and making sure that everything was alright plus great customer service. I would highly recommend urban podiatry to anyone in need of their services.
Injured my ankle playing rugby a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Bertolo and Stephen were both absolutely fantastic! Great service and were great with scheduling short notice.
