Many dishes used to be good & fresh at UP, however, today we noticed a big change in the kitchen. My salmon was salty, beans and mushrooms acidic, similar to the flavors of the canned veggies. 😕
I have ordered the same thing every time I've been here. So far, anyhow. I order a beet salad with a side of seared albacore. It is a sumptuous feast that I can scarcely finish.

Urban plates was my first time going here and enjoy.
The food was good and experience healthness.
The service was nice and the food delicious, we got the antioxidant salad which was a great choice, sprouts with bacon and mixed carrots and potatoes - all prepared very well!
The food was very fresh, not a ton of flavor, but really enjoyed the strawberry mint lemonade
Bit pricey 😔
Chicken was good. Not huge but a lot of flavor!
