The maintenance staff are very friendly and do their utmost to assist you.
I'm speaking strictly about Abigail the maintenance person. I've been at Bluestem townhomes for years and I've seen some high turnovers I've seen a couple of good people go, I truly hope they keep Abigail. She's been to my place twice and both times she was very efficient and knowledgeable about what the issue was. She came today to address a low water pressure, the person prior who was the maintenance they put some type of nozzle on my kitchen sink faucet and they didn't even address the upstairs bathroom faucet on any leve... read more
