The maintenance staff are very friendly and do their utmost to assist you.
I'm speaking strictly about Abigail the maintenance person. I've been at Bluestem townhomes for years and I've seen some high turnovers I've seen a couple of good people go, I truly hope they keep Abigail. She's been to my place twice and both times she was very efficient and knowledgeable about what the issue was. This is a rather pitiful place
Wolf Creek totally sucks living here, in addition to the attention in the offices, they completely ignore the needs of the client. I reported the first theft of my order, which they told me they were going to check the cameras. It happens that another order was stolen from me again and I came back. claiming maintenance requests for the repair to last up to a month is 100% garbage
