Falafel anyone? – Just as my friends and I were bemoaning the decline of kosher restaurants, and particularly in their very epicentre of New York City, a client of mine told me about this place. I decided I’d try it . What a refreshing surprise. The hummus, babaganoush, etc is all homemade and for the price, it’s a steal. (They have a “recession-proof” menu.)

Warm, Gooey & Fresh Pita Bread! – I stopped in here for lunch the other day and I absolutely love this place! There are a million places in the city where you can grab a shwarma platter or a kebab sandwich, but this place makes their own pita bread and it's super warm and gooey when they serve it to you. It's the best. They also have very authentic tasting tahina and hummus. I would absolutely reccomend this place. It looks like I'll be eating pita for lunch and dinner now!
