I had a garburator installed for $800. The u-bend used for the install began leaking and they won’t even return calls to fix it. Poor quality of work and poorer service.
RecommendedIn short, jordan is fantastic and very responsive! He was able to add a drain line as well as a cold and hot water line to our kitchen area so that we could have a washer/dryer in our unit as well as hook up a water line to our refrigerator's ice maker. After he finished the installation, he double checked his work as he made sure that he took care of some of the finer details that I had asked about at the consultation. I strongly recommend him!

RecommendedMy toilet was completely clogged, overflowing, and nasty. It was a Saturday evening and Graham was at my apartment in less than an hour. He was able to unclog the toilet in a very short period of time and, throughout the visit, was courteous and focused. If I have any more problems in the future, urban piping is who I'll call!
RecommendedCalled Urban Piping for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Jordan showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable.
