Don’t trust any of the 5 star reviews, they pay people to give good reviews. The staff is honestly good for nothing. There are always young kids playing and being loud around the courtyard, always playing ding dong ditch, as well as people playing loud music way after quiet hours at night. Whenever I complain, management just sends a vague email without ever taking direct action. Management is also atrocious at communication. It is almost impossible to get in contact with them on the phone.
Impossible to meet the income requirements for a lease unless you're wealthy.
Alzahia is so knowledgeable. Had almost all my questions answered before I even had to ask. Would highly recommend!
Shout out to those in the leasing office, management and Maintenance crew! You guys are a great team at hand and always persistent! You have always been there for me and getting things done efficiently and effectively. Thank you all so much for everything! Your tenant-current Melissa Allen
