I would never live here again. There is never a moment of peaceful enjoyment of your own apartment because there are always kids screaming and running around in the courtyard and in the walkways directly outside your apartment door, or someone throwing all day parties and blasting music. Residents will also give out door codes to everyone they know (or don’t know) for said parties, compromising any security we had. this is one of the worst apartments i’ve rented in denver. it is constantly filthy in the common areas/walkways/laundry room, there are roaches running rampant, they spray the units for bugs every few months because of how many get in the units and infest your home, there is always very loud children and/or adults after quiet hours with nobody to contact to enforce it and nothing is done except them sending a vague email days later that we need to respect quiet hours, repairs on the hot tub/pool/washers/dryers take months so... read more
