RecommendedI have 3 dogs who all receive veterinarian services from Urban Pet Hospital and Resort and couldn’t be more pleased with the care we receive. Dr. Regmi’s knowledge, kindness and compassion can not be matched. He takes the time to not only learn about your dog, but also you. He goes above and beyond in not only the care he provides, but the extra time he spends with listening to your concerns and answering questions.
Dr. Regmi saved my Doxie's life. He's given excellent care since we found him. I highly recommend Dr. Regmi because of 1. His compassion 2. He goes beyond the "call of duty" to give care that many Veterinarians simply wouldn't ie.....he called me to check on my Doxie when he was off duty. How many would do that? This is a GREAT place to take your precious fur babies to!
Yesterday was a horrible day. I owe thanks to a lot of friends for helping me through it. Not the least of whom is Dr. Goodall and Colby and all the rest of the marvelous staff at Urban Pet Hospital and Resort. The kindness and compassion they extended to Punkin and myself was beyond expectation. If you need a wonderful place to care for your babies, I recommend them with all my heart. Thank you so very much for the lovely plant that will remind me everyday, that Punkin was loved by others.
Zeke has been attending daycare at Urban since he was 3 months old. I am grateful for Amber and Dee for ensuring that Zeke is cared for. I now live in Ankeny and work in Waukee... I wouldn’t take Zeke anywhere else!
Our yellow lab Simba Sinha is testimony to how great Urban Pet Hospital & Resort treats its furry patients. In the past when he has been injured, limping or simply feeling very dull, we've asked him, "Simba, do you want to go to Dr. Regmi?" His eyes light up, tail wags and he is eager to visit the place. The best attention for you dogs!!!😉
I have taken my dog there three different times and knowing he’s feisty I never complained about the haircuts the one seven weeks ago he was shaved and left black lines of fur And yet I did not complain ,this time I was charged $20 extra because he’s feisty and his haircut was terrible I took him somewhere else and he stood there just nice not a problem I will never go back and I will not refer anyone there. I never got a discount for each time they messed up but yet I got charged 20 extra dollars because he was feisty.
Our dog enjoyed the daycare but we had a bad experience with the groomer and won’t be back.
