Really incredible team! Dr. Andres quickly helped take care of our dog Finn who had to come in last minute for an emergency. He was fast, calm, professional and empathetic - and very clear about what procedure needed to get done upfront.
My cat had a kidney stone. They had to perform a surgical procedure to clear the kidney stone. Their care was excellent and my cat is doing well. My only problem is that I spoke to several other Vets and "cat hospitals" in San Francisco and I found out the $5900 bill was a little excessive.
I can't recommend this place enough. I was able to schedule a last minute appointment with Urban Pet Hospital, so that my dog, Max, could get the quick care that he needed. The whole team was amazing/caring. All services were priced very reasonably. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!
10/10 veterinary office!! Dr. Andres and his team truly care about your pet. Having worked at various vet offices in San Francisco I can speak firsthand to the utmost care and honesty this medical office provides. Dr. Andres responded very quickly to my concern about my cat Cauliflower's infection that hadn't healed and got her in for a procedure the next morning. My partner and I came home from work to find one of our cats bleeding from his mouth. Long story short, the first hospital we went to was unable to take care of him, and one of the doctors there called who I assumed was Dr. Baskharon, who said he would be able to help. Nikki and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, supportive, and kind. Dr. Baskharon identified the issue quickly.
