High heat bills. I live in a studio and pay between $300-$200 a month. Not cool. I am moving out.
Visited a friend for 2.5 hours and my car got towed. The sign about permit parking only is on the wrong side of the driveway, tiny, and not illuminated, so if you arrive after dark beware. Unbelievable. Didn't even wait to see if I was taking a spot overnight. When you reach out to them to complain, they place the blame on whoever you were visiting instead of addressing their lack of clear and visible signage.
