Run as fast as you can. This company took several weeks to start to repair a leak in a roof that should have been less than 1 day's worth or work. Once they started and removed the previous roofing, they left the opening exposed for weeks without sufficient mitigation to prevent water from entering. Water now enters at much faster rate than the leak was "fixed" by this company. We now have a repair needed that is at least 10X higher than the original repair. Run away from this company as fast as you can.

HVAC reinstallation by this company sub tier contractor appear to be untrustworthy, extremely faulty electrical installation, poor workmanship and may be hazardous to homeowners such as myself and other families who are living within these dwellings. It is imperative that the state licensing board review the subcontractors used by this company and verify California state compliance regulations for those applicable services provide by contractors they hire. Accountability, accountability, and accountability.
