Elvie and her son the owners of this HOA management firm charge excessive fees! The only care about the best interest in themselves to fund their failing operation. We have 7 homes in our community her manage fee is $400 a month. All she has accomplished is setting up a simple QBO [QUICKBOOKS ONLINE] file for P&L and balance sheet and established a very expensive insurance policy. Our biggest expense for our HOA is her fees.
