Tried walking in about 10 minutes ago to be greeted by a worker that rudely stated just so you know we close in 15 minutes. Excellent customer service
Such great clothes but horrible service. Last few times I've been there the sales associates are very cold, zero personality and my favorite part is watching them, watching us. Was it our big bags/purses that sent out red flags as shoplifters?? Seriously, I felt an apology was in order after dropping hundreds of dollars after being stalked. At least say "hi, how are you today" as your customers are getting out their wallets. I didn't realize until I talk to other downtown stores that UO's known for this.
