Very friendly, helped fix our bent glasses and didn't charge us anything! Great example of good customer service
A little intimidating when you walk in, however once you get to meet Dr Schultz you feel more at ease. Andrea was a great help when it came to picking out new frames. She really listens to what you’re looking for. She was clear and professional at communicating with me through text message on my appointments and when my glasses were ready for pick up. Jofni was also exceptional. He was a huge help when it came to training me with my new contacts. I left feeling confident and extremely happy. I highly recommend this place.
Had to update and just give the entire staff a big shout out - from Andrea helping with ins and getting me a new vision office , to Jofni being absolutely EXCEPTIONAL with his verbiage and customer service skills and all - I am beyond impressed with how I've been cared for . I was able to get a pair of Marc Jacob's adjusted- and nobody has been able to get them to my correct fit, I can finally wear them!!!!!!! I'm so thankful..just a great office staff with GENUINE service and care. You guys are all so amazing.

Had a hard time with Blue shield , but ANDREA is a rock star so I was able to come see this practice for my eyes! Happy with my first apt. The doctor was personable and super cool, he answered anything I asked and explained all things he was doing prior to doing them ( which I loved) .. the gentleman who took my out of pocket was throughou and explained what I owed and why! ( also! Big plus!!!!) They are awesome. Ordered some contacts, got a pair of glasses adjusted..and checked others out.. I will be back! Thank you ALL!
