I’ve had a wonderful experience working out of Urban Office in the Heights. The space is clean, calm, and well maintained, making it a great environment to work in and welcome clients. Mark, the office manager, is incredibly supportive, responsive, and thoughtful; he works hard to make sure tenants feel taken care of. I highly recommend Urban Office.

I’ve been working out of Urban Office in the Heights for a while now, and I want to take a moment to recognize how wonderful Mark, the office manager, has been. We’ve had to move spaces a couple of times, but through every transition he has been incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like I have to say something about my experience at The Urban Office because I really wish someone had warned me. I started with one of the smaller office units. It was affordable, but I could hear *everything* going on around me—conversations, phone calls, even footsteps. It was impossible to focus, so I decided to upgrade to a larger space. I was told by Janice Kim that I’d get a move-in incentive and have my first month waived. That never happened.
