Unfortunately I had to cancel an appointment the day of due to a bad stomach bug and I didn’t want to make anyone else sick. Well apparently that was the wrong thing to do as KJ at Urban Oasis would not let me reschedule and then she unfriended me. Sad chain of events. I’m sure they have to put up with a lot of abuse of their scheduled appointments but everyone else should not have to suffer the consequences.
Great atmosphere! I typically go get my hair cut every 3 weeks, and when I returned after only my first visit Sherrie remembered exactly how I liked my undercut shaved and what length I wanted. The only clarification she needed was if I wanted to change it up and try a stylized shave for the summer, which was an opportunity I gladly took! I'm usually more a fan of barbershops for shaving, but Sherrie and the other stylists knock it out of the park!
Kj Shook is absolutely amazing. She cut and colored my daughters hair for school and did a great job. I personally watched her with some of her elderly clients and it warmed my heart and how gentle and kind she was to them. I highly recommend her.
