My wife and I moved in late November 2025. Very central to everything from groceries to the post office including restaurants. This is also close to the 275 access for going North or South. Serge is an excellent host who takes care of any inefficiencies immediately. Thank you for a great two months . I recommend this for anybody who wants all the above.
I had a great experience leasing this fully furnished apartment. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed to move in comfortably. The leasing process was smooth, and management was responsive and professional throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient, move-in-ready option.
Not a good experience
I lived here on 2 separate occasions for 2+ years. Serge was a great owner with a super professional staff. Perfect location if you work at MacDill AFB, downtown, or commute outside Tampa. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Mall, Target, or Walmart. I would absolutely live here again!
We just completed a 3 month stay. If you are looking for short term lease options in Tampa, Urban Oasis is the way to go. Reasonable rates, no hassle lease, and it's close to everything. Not to mention Serge is awesome, he will take great care of you.
