I lived here on 2 separate occasions for 2+ years. Serge was a great owner with a super professional staff. Perfect location if you work at MacDill AFB, downtown, or commute outside Tampa. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Mall, Target, or Walmart. I would absolutely live here again!
We just completed a 3 month stay. If you are looking for short term lease options in Tampa, Urban Oasis is the way to go. Reasonable rates, no hassle lease, and it's close to everything. Not to mention Serge is awesome, he will take great care of you.
I agree with all the 5 star reviews here! I just finished my 6 month stay at Urban Oasis and everything was great. Clean, quiet, comfortable and parking was never an issue. Serge was very attentive and really takes pride in the property. It's minutes from the airport, UT, Midtown & downtown Tampa. Highly recommend for short or long term stays!!
If you are truly looking for the ultimate furnished apartment within South Tampa, 'The Urban Oasis' should be your choice! It has a great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and a friendly and helpful staff. Further, everything about this furnished apartment complex was exceptional. Why does no one ever mentions the prices...(2000$ plus) is overpriced and you can get a regular rental for that ... Tampa FL is way over priced and is horrible for those who are in need of assistance with temporary stays for an inexpensive place
