What a great experience. Yes dentist and great experience at the same time. Dr. Wetherell and her team are absolutely fantastic. From the correspondence I had with Steph and the processing of my insurance fees to my actual appointment and follow ups, were great. My family has been going to Urban Oasis Dental Studio for several years, and our experience has always been top-notch. All dentistry team members are professional, extremely courteous and provide excellent service. We never have to wait beyond our scheduled appointment times. Their fees seem reasonable, fairly close to the prescribed fee schedule, and they bill directly to the insurance company. We heartily recommend Urban Oasis for your dental requirements. Cheers!!!
The whole experience was much better than I’d hoped for. This is the first time I’ve gone to oasis, and I went to try the sedation dentistry. For the last few years, my teeth have become incredibly sensitive, and the other dentists I had used were unable to make me feel comfortable to the point where I simply didn’t want to go. Dr. Cahoon and his team were the opposite. They were very professional, friendly, and the sedation worked beautifully.
Enjoyed a thorough cleaning and checkup. Tracy is a friendly hygienist that kept me informed of her progress and what she was seeing in my mouth. Dr. Struik examined me and noted a couple of areas to watch and explained what she was seeing- very professional. Reception is personable and friendly. A great visit!
I think I finally found a dental clinic that’s a great fit for me. My experience at Urban Oasis Dental Clinic was fantastic. I went in for a filling and was honestly a bit hesitant about the freezing, but it turned out to be completely painless—I didn’t feel anything at all. Dr. Wetherell was amazing, very gentle and reassuring throughout the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves.
