After working with Urban Northwest for nearly a year building our dream home, I was emailed and notified that they were terminating our contract per a clause they include in the contract allowing them to terminate “at any time in for any reason”. We are devastated.
I just bought a home from urban. Jennifer is extremely friendly and has always been there anytime I had any questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a home.
