I’ve always had good experiences, but my recent massage was cancelled as I was 5 minutes away. I drive quite a distance to the North Charleston location and it was beyond disheartening to get a call that my therapist got injured. I understand things happen, but it feels like they should’ve let me know in advance that there was an issue. Had an appt set up for my girlfriend, on her birthday, and about 25 minutes prior to her appt, while she was on the way, Urban Nirvana calls and says they can’t uphold the appt scheduled, due to the massage therapists is sick. Way to ruin her birthday and my gift! What a disgrace!
Been getting some intense massages from Billy. We are working on some areas that the muscles are soooooo tight. This was my 4th massage and will be back. My muscles feel a bit looser and making progress. Billy is a rock star in my opinion.
