GREAT MASSAGE!! Victoria was amazing from the second she put her hands on me till the very end! Very skilled and it was just the same old massage you get anywhere, she has her own style that was top notch, grade A, amazing! Love this Spa and am now in love with Victoria!
I have spent a total of $910 at Urban Nirvana in the last few months. I have had a horrible experience with them and would not recommend them at all. Instead of fixing the problem, they just took more money from me. Not only was the hair color disappointing, their customer service was also rude to the point of hanging up on me on the phone while I was still speaking. Seriously, who does that?
