I went to Urban Nails on Wednesday, 09/09/26 and unfortunately, it was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The technician was very nice and friendly, but the quality of the pedicure was extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive it was. My cuticles weren’t properly removed, she didn’t know how to take care of my ingrown nails, the polish was poorly applied, and my feet weren’t even thoroughly cleaned. Pedicure service was good but owner was rude to kids playing amongst themselves trying to sit on chairs that were provided owner lady that was sitting down on her phone entire time kept getting up to put chairs back to where they were & taking things from kids, we ended up leaving and still paid over $150 for 3 pedicures and an eyebrow wax.

Tardaron demasiado en atenderme, me puse gel y a los 2 días se me cayó, me cobraron igual que un set de acrílicas
