This will be my first and last time getting a pedicure. I used to come to this salon for my nails but stopped for two reasons: it is nearly impossible to request a specific technician you like (if they are even still working there), and the staff seem more focused on getting you in and out quickly than on providing quality service or ensuring your comfort. Loved the owner it's last time I'm barely got home and I had to call the shop because my nails were chipping. They couldn't get me in and before the morning. Because the next day I was getting on a cruise. My nails look horrible when I was entering a cruise ship. I had to pay $35. Just for them to file the and's down to almost nothing to keep it from chipping i am changing my 🌟 because the owner really works with me .

I enjoy my appointments at Urban Nail. Ruby is the best and the facility is so clean and pleasant.
