Been coming here for many years. Lily does an excellent job! I play tennis so I really appreciate the attention to calluses, and my fingernails receive compliments too.
The manager had to step in to finish my manicure. The person working on my nails was so distracted while laughing and talking to someone that she tried to dust the wet nails she’d just painted, immediately smearing all of the paint. She was very rough so I had no interest in sitting there waiting for her to start over. Thankfully, the manager on duty immediately pulled her away and fixed it. I paid full price and left. (Edit-I asked twice for my nails to be fixed, but unfortunately, the only thing that was done was filing them down more and making them shorter. I specifically asked for an oval shape, and they were done round. I even showed the nail chart that clearly illustrated the different shapes, but I was told that the shape was “somewhere between round and oval.” At that point, the nails had already been filed so short that there was nothing more that could be done to achieve the shape I originally requested.
