Kathy and Paulin are the best as far as acrylics and designs go. You can really tell that they care that not only if their work is great but that you’re happy with the final product from start to finish, extremely attentive to the details. The owner has GREAT customer service which goes a long way in my book, always happy to book me as an appointment or see me as a walk in. This place definitely gives back to its customers. This place is beyond gross. They use the same tools on every client without sanitizing—it's a serious health risk. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I have multiple mutual friends who also went once and never came back for the same reason. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here. Do better!
I had the most wonderful experience during my head spa treatment with Emma. She was not only incredibly professional but also so kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment itself was phenomenal! The face, neck, and head massage were extremely relaxing! She even went above and beyond by including a soothing arm massage and an extra leg massage that wasn’t part of the original service.
