Does anyone work the desk at this clinic ? My appointment may 29th i called 12 times to try to confirm the time with no response. I then had an appointment scheduled for today and I called to try to confirm the time with no response. They charge for missed appointments but you cant get ahold of anyone at the clinic for assistance.

Highly disappointed in the clinic, I was at the clinic first thing when they opened (without an appointment) hoping I’d get in at some point in between patients. The clinic was packed by the time the first doctor showed up 45 mins past the doors open, the following doctor showed up 75 mins after the clinic opened. I’d be fired if I showed up late at my line of work - shouldn’t be any different for physicians. I’ve also had a booked appointment at this clinic and waited 90 mins to finally see the doctor.
Waiting on average 30 to 60 minutes PAST appointment time every visit. I wont be back
