I love my long time physician Dr. Naidu! However my main complaint about the clinic is how the receptionists never say a simple “hello, how are you?”. They never smile at anyone and just instantly ask “are you a patient today?”…It comes off as cold and rude in my opinion. On top of that, the wait time is always 30 minutes to an hour over my appointment time. I think a team meeting can fix these small things.
It is a “No Sorry No Thank you” clinic. unprofessional front end staff and long wait times. No respect for people’s time at all.
Naidoo is a good doctor but the old front receptionist is terrible at her job and super rude. I think it's time to find a new family doctor who lets you leave an important message for their doctor without booking a "phone consultation" that can't wait a week! Which ive done multiple times with other staff at the office.
I am going to this clinic since 2013, Dr Naidoo is a very good doctor, he listens to you and works with you to find a solution.
Worse costumer service, I call more than 15x using 2 different # nobody answered the call
