Terrible company, terrible for the community. Littering all over roadways with their illegal yard signs being an eye sore and causing visibility problems for drivers.

I am so pleased with my dealings with Nathaniel and Daniel at Urban Mattress. They spent a lot of time with me to select a queen mattress that both felt great and addressed my hip and shoulder discomfort during the night. We narrowed it down to two and I loved the one I chose. I had 4 weeks of great sleep and comfort on it before I decided I would prefer the firmer version of it. Great local business I highly recommend. I went with their in-house brand, and I've been sleeping on it for about a month now with no complaints. I went into it expecting a used car buying-like experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was no pressure, no text messages, no annoying salespeople, etc. To top it off, the delivery was on time. This stuff seems like common sense, but unfortunately they are rare in 2023. Other businesses can learn a lot from them.

Head and shoulders above the competition. We shopped every major mattress vendor in the area, and found none comes close to the quality of the products, sales staff, and showroom experience at Urban Mattress. Nathaniel, in particular, is exceptional at helping the customer make the right choice. No high pressure tactics, just great advice and genuine dedication to your complete satisfaction.
