The owner was pompous and arrogant. Danielle is clueless about who pays her bills and the beauty of good customer service. She sells the customers expensive items but there is no follow up. I ordered merchandise in January, and just got it in June, even though I was told some of it was in stock. The worst part is when you have to call to see "where" it is or "why" hasn't anyone called. Danielle and her team at Urban Market were INCREDIBLE at helping me with the interior design of my home. They got to know me and my style and help incorporate that into beautiful design work. Danielle picked out the perfect rug and table and pillows that helped blend my home into a space I never want to leave. Thank you for being responsive, efficient and SO helpful in making my house a home!
We worked with Urban Market Interiors to furnish our home in Durango. Their interior design team was great and worked with the furniture that we already had to develop a beautiful and cohesive plan for our home. Their custom furniture is high quality and they are very responsive with questions and addressing any issues. I recommend them to anyone looking for design expertise when furnishing their home. I will use them again when we re-design our downstairs. They are the best!
