They do not keep track of rental payments, we received a notice that our rent was late when it was paid more than a week prior. They have been managing our building since January and every repair that was needed when they took over still exists and now our kitchen ceiling is falling and mold is all over the walls now for over a month and still nothing has been done. But they want to raise rents almost 50%! They are awful.
Great management company, very responsive and organized.
