We have had several experiences with Urban Loft townhomes in the last few years. They range in age but on average are over 10 years old. Our real estate agent recommended Urban Loft townhomes specifically because of his positive experience with the builders quality over the years and we strongly agree. Put aside the fact that these are super super cool and unique homes, they actually hold up very well.
