We love our townhome, and love the location. The HOA was spotty at first, had a hiccup with a person that was new and didn’t stay long. However we have a new manager, Jenn, this lady is fabulous, very commutative and professional.
Warning before buying one of their properties: they manage the HOA of their properties and manage it terribly. Charge high management and admin fees, yet do not do management or admin tasks. They do not send out budgets years in a row, even with multiple requests, raise dues without proper notice or explanation, refuse to respond to emails or calls, and refuse to schedule a requested call with the community's homeowners so that we can try to get a collective update on the requests that they ignore.
