We have had several experiences with Urban Loft townhomes in the last few years. They range in age but on average are over 10 years old. Our real estate agent recommended Urban Loft townhomes specifically because of his positive experience with the builders quality over the years and we strongly agree. Put aside the fact that these are super super cool and unique homes, they actually hold up very well. I've owned my Urban Loft townhome for over 8 years. I did not purchase it new but have been impressed over the years at how well the home is built. Not to mention the incredible design, use of space and natural light. I am a real estate broker and have sold over 75 of these homes as pre-owned and they always do very well during independent inspections. The moment I stepped foot into an Urban Lofts townhome, I knew I had to be part of something so unique and built with a vision and purpose. The modern European design they implore through their builds is truly unique and sets the vibe of a lifestyle you want to live.
