The app experience is terrible
Urban Lofts had 4 units in the Fremont Lofts neighborhood sitting unfinished for almost a year. The units were not secured and a huge fire started there in June 2022. It is now December 2022 and Urban Lofts have failed to start any work on the 2 units they own, that were habitable before the fire and are now destroyed because they are more concerned about doing work on their newest neighborhood that is a little bit down Fremont. Being an Ex Patriot of NYC the website boasts airy Lofts fit for the Big Apple. Simple clean architecture brings this development into the Millennium if Apartment dwelling with functionality and what looks to be an immaculate and well kept Urban Complex! I will be visiting for a tour and recommend it to potential renters as well! 👍🏼👍🏼
