Horrible experience I wish I could leave a half star. Maddie is horribly rude I will never return. 0/10 rating just for hiring this horrendous human. And her work is mediocre at best. Definitely not worth dealing with her attitude.
We go to Urban Loft for haircuts. It's individual hairdressers. Kathleen who we see is amazing. She is great with my daughter and I always enjoy my time in her chair. The boutique itself is always clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked if you need any hair care products. They do offer other things like manicures and pedicures. Their online website is very easy to use to book appointments.
I had an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I had both a haircut and a manicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me a haircut that perfectly suits my face shape and lifestyle.
