Well I believe my landlord used this company as his property manager because he was from Texas and it was easier for him. From the start it was normal but if we had a maintenance issue it was impossible to get a hold of anyone . Our air and heat both went out and both wasn’t fixed for close to a month . Winter was easier because we used electric heaters . Summer was very hard because fans just circulated the hot air.
